Airports Authority of India is recruiting 389 executives directly, under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT. The intake splits into two grades - 260 Manager posts across eleven disciplines and 129 Junior Executive posts across four. A Junior Executive needs no prior work behind them; a Manager needs three years after qualifying. There is one selection stage only, a computer based test. Registration runs from 08 August to 07 September 2026, and anyone selected is liable to be posted at any AAI station in the country rather than in a chosen region.

Qualifications differ by discipline and are set out post by post in the notice - graduate or post-graduate depending on which one you apply for Junior Executive asks for no experience at all, with an upper age limit of 27 years Manager asks for three years of post-qualification experience, upper age limit 32 years Relaxation on the upper age - five years for SC and ST, three for OBC in the non-creamy layer, ten for PwBD and five for ex-servicemen Fee Rs 1,000 including GST, waived for SC, ST and PwBD candidates, for women, and for AAI apprentices with a year or more of service Age, qualification and experience are all reckoned as on 07 September 2026 Selection is on a computer based test - there is no interview stage for these posts
