How Wath works for employers

• Register your business and complete KYC verification before anything can be posted.
• Post a job with the role, salary, location and requirements; every post is reviewed by our moderation team before it goes live.
• Manage applicants through a hiring pipeline — screening, queries, interviews and offers in one place.

How employer verification works

"Verified" on Wath means the employer completed our KYC review: business identity and contact details checked by a human moderator before their first post. Companies that fail review cannot post jobs or appear in the companies directory. Verification is never sold — no payment can buy a verified badge.

How job posts are reviewed

Every job post is moderated before publication. Posts that ask candidates for money, misrepresent the role, or fail our content rules are rejected. If you see a suspicious job, contact us with the job link and we will review it.

What happens when a job expires

When a job passes its application deadline or is closed by the employer, it stops accepting applications, leaves search results, and its page shows a clear "no longer accepting applications" notice with links to similar current openings.
