Hindustan Copper Miniratna - 43 Fixed Term Executive Posts, Rs 75,400 to Rs 1,69,600 a Month, Interview Only
Hindustan Copper Limited, a Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I Central PSU, has notified 43 executive posts on Fixed Tenure basis. Advertisement No. Estt./1/2036/2026-27 dated 16.09.2026. The online application opens at 11:00 AM on 21 September 2026 and closes at 11:00 PM on 5 October 2026. READ THIS BEFORE YOU PAY THE FEE There is a condition in this advertisement that will disqualify most people who apply, and almost nobody is reporting it. HCL prints a MINIMUM MONTHLY GROSS SALARY you must already be drawing in your current or last organisation: FTE-I - Rs 40,000 a month FTE-II - Rs 50,000 a month FTE-III - Rs 60,000 a month FTE-IV - Rs 70,000 a month FTE-VI - Rs 90,000 a month If you are not already earning that, you are not eligible, regardless of your degree or your years. The fee of Rs 500 is non-refundable. This is also not a fresher recruitment in any sense. The minimum post-qualification experience runs from 3 years at the bottom grade to 18 years at the top, and 22 of the 43 posts - more than half - are FTE-IV, which needs 12 years of experience and a current salary of at least Rs 70,000 a month. And it is not a permanent job. The engagement is for three years, extendable by a further three as per requirement. If you clear those three hurdles, the terms are strong. WHAT IT PAYS - CONSOLIDATED, PER MONTH FTE-VI - Rs 1,69,600. Max age 52. 18 years experience. FTE-IV - Rs 1,31,900. Max age 47. 12 years experience. FTE-III - Rs 1,13,100. Max age 42. 9 years experience. FTE-II - Rs 94,200. Max age 40. 6 years experience. FTE-I - Rs 75,400. Max age 35. 3 years experience. For the Medical & Health Services cadre the FTE-II post asks for only 3 years of experience rather than 6, with the same Rs 94,200 pay, max age 40 and the Rs 50,000 salary floor. All age, qualification and experience is reckoned as on 01/09/2026. THE 43 POSTS BY DISCIPLINE Electrical - 8 (all FTE-IV; SC 1, OBC 2, UR 5) Geology - 6 (2 at FTE-I, 4 at FTE-VI) Mechanical - 6 (all FTE-IV; OBC 1, UR 5) Civil - 4 (all FTE-IV; OBC 1, UR 3) Medical & Health Services - 4 (all FTE-II; OBC 1, UR 3) Industrial Safety - 3 (all FTE-II; UR 3) Mineral Processing - 3 (2 at FTE-IV, 1 at FTE-VI) Finance - 3 (one each at FTE-I, II and III) Survey - 3 (all FTE-I) Environment Management - 2 (FTE-IV; UR 2) Human Resources - 1 (FTE-II; UR 1) Two posts are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities - one Visually Handicapped and one Hard of Hearing. A note on the Survey row: the advertisement prints 3 posts but lists only UR 1 against them. We are reporting the total as HCL prints it and not guessing at the remaining two. Check the advertisement again before applying for Survey. NO WRITTEN EXAM Selection is on the Personal Interview alone, at 100% weightage. Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio, or 1:10 where there is only a single vacancy. HCL does reserve the right to hold a written screening test to shortlist, if required. Travel is reimbursed. HCL pays the travelling ticket fare from the correspondence address in your online application to the interview venue, but only for candidates who are actually interviewed. Anyone found ineligible at document verification gets nothing. BEWARE OF FRAUD HCL has a standing notice on its own website that fraudsters are using its name and logo to offer jobs and demand money.
